Two important jobs complete before winter 🥶… 5000 two year old haskap plants protected under an overwintering blanket and today, granular fertilizer broadcast on 2.5 acres of Saskatoons. It has been another glorious fall season in southern Manitoba - our fruit plants have had weeks to slowly fall asleep ensuring happy growth next spring.

This outstanding cultivar produces heavy crops of tasty apple crabs (bigger than crabapples) that are coveted by local drink makers.
