Riverbend Orchards is a licensed propagator of six honeyberry (haskap) cultivars originating from the University of Saskatchewan.
Every June, we propagate 7000 young plants of honeyberry (haskap) from softwood cuttings in our 1500 square foot greenhouse. These cuttings are taken from mature plants in our established orchard and rooted under mist. Our finished young plants feature a healthy root system without deformations and are ready to be field planted or grown-on in containers.
Our young plants of haskap, cherry, gooseberry and currant ship efficiently across North America (even to Alaska!) and have received rave reviews from customers.
